About the Role
We are looking for an experienced E2E Solution Architect / Solution Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of the SDX Platform the future B2B platform for our solutions business. This platform is designed for medium to large multinational enterprises and covers the complete customer lifecycle from offer creation to service usage and billing.
About the SDX Platform
The SDX Platform will be launched as part of the new MBN Ecosystem through a Competence Center where expert teams will deliver vendor-specific SD products efficiently to customers.
The platform integrates multiple systems and interfaces including:
Panda Quoting
ServiceNow Order Management
Netcracker Technical Fulfillment
Juniper SD-WAN Product Management Platform
Interfaces with key applications such as SAP BRIM (Billing) OFI (Finance) Logistics and the PMA Suite (Assurance)
The platform is developed and maintained by an Agile Release Train comprising 11 cross-functional DevOps teams. SDX is the #1 strategic priority for B2B and a major investment focus area for Deutsche Telekom.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end business and technical solutions for SD-WAN LAN and WLAN product features.
Translate business requirements into scalable and robust solution designs.
Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless implementation and continuous platform enhancement.
Work across multiple systems and interfaces to align technical design with business needs.
Ensure adherence to architectural principles best practices and quality standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies ensuring effective coordination across cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Solution Design / E2E Architecture within telecom or large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of B2B service platforms and related technologies.
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN LAN WLAN product ecosystems.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Netcracker SAP BRIM and similar enterprise systems is a plus.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Exposure to Agile / SAFe methodologies is preferred.
