The Role:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Allocate and optimise resources (labour plant and materials) to improve project productivity.
Monitor project progress highlight risks and provide accurate progress reports forecasts and recovery plans.
Collaborate with design engineering and construction teams to ensure realistic and achievable programmes.
Assess the impact of design or scope changes conducting time-risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with NEC contract principles and industry best practices.
Support tender processes by preparing tender programmes and contributing to bid deliverables.

The Person:

A relevant degree / qualification in Construction or Engineering.
Proven experience as a Project Planner / Programmer in the construction and engineering sectors.
Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
