We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Sales Administrator to support our Sales Office team and ensure smooth and efficient operations.

This role plays a crucial part in contributing to the growth and success of both the sales department and company as a whole.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain Sales Office activities whilst always providing exceptional service.

• Check and process customer Purchase Orders (sent via email or through a portal) ensuring accurate records are maintained.

• Deal with any amendments throughout the process and complete internal contract reviews.

• Interface with other departments and Customers.

• Review and maintain internal Office Team spreadsheets.

• Support orders quotes and customer queries

• Reception and phone cover.

• Screening of visitors in line with company process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Maths & English equivalent vocational academic qualification or significant related work experience at an equivalent level (desirable).

• Ideally around 3 years in an Office Administration environment where similar type of work is undertaken i.e. small high value batch volume products.

• Good communications and numerical skills (written and verbal) .

• Proven skills with effective Office Software use and working in a Team environment.

• Highly self-motivated.

• Prior experience using an ERP system (desirable)

• A desire and willingness to learn.
