Architectural Technologist / Technician

Location: Southwark Central London

This opportunity would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist or Technician with proven experience working on residential or mixed-use projects in the UK and who is confident using Revit to deliver complex large-scale developments.

Office: Southwark Central London

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:30pm (hybrid flexibility available)

Duties:

• Produce detailed and coordinated technical drawing packages in Revit across RIBA Stages 35
• Work collaboratively within project teams on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes
• Assist with BIM coordination ensuring consistency and accuracy across live models
• Prepare technical details schedules and specifications for tender and construction
• Liaise with consultants contractors and suppliers to resolve design and build queries
• Ensure all project documentation complies with UK Building Regulations and best practice standards

Requirements:

• Degree qualified Architectural Technologist or Technician (CIAT membership or working towards it desirable)
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Demonstrable experience working on residential or mixed-use projects in the UK
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations technical detailing and construction methods
• Confident communicator and team player with strong coordination skills
• Proactive detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality sustainable architecture
