Schedule: PRN (Flexible Hours)
Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) whos passionate about helping older adults live fuller more independent lives Our Symbria Rehab Team at Plum Creek is looking for its next employee-owner someone whos ready to make a meaningful difference every day.
Responsibilities
As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
What Youll Do:
Develop and implement creative individualized treatment plans
Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes
Maintain documentation and productivity standards with accuracy and care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Valid state OT license (or pending for new grads)
Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
Experience in acute care long-term care or rehab preferred not required!
