Metro is looking for a motivated compassionate forward-thinking Physical Therapist to treat part time at our outpatient clinic in Center Moriches NY. We are looking for someone who excels at assessing patients strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Our clinics enjoy a well-trained support staff as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive supportive and innovative team!

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
- Evaluates a patients need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members PTAs Home Health Aides and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid AED & CPR Certifications.
