- Coordinate food operations including freezing food grocery shopping and organizing supplies.
- Prepare/serve/deliver meals or groceries at community sites.
- Organize/support food security efforts via Campus Cupboard food shelf.
- Collaborate with members of the Environmental Stewardship Intern team on projects.
- Work with the Campus Kitchens team to plan events.
- Stay connected with student groups and engage with them around food issues to build. community around food.
- Coordinate with other Twin Cities organizations for collaborative events and mutual support.
- Support Food Lab student cooking appointments and workshops.
- Complete various administrative tasks including data management social media content etc.
Work-study eligible students welcome.
Compensation and Benefits
- Rate of Pay: $15.97/hour
- Minnesota Sick and Safe Time
- Not eligible for health insurance benefits
Qualifications :
- Students must be currently enrolled at Augsburg and must be work-study eligible.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Intercultural competency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Drivers license preferred.
- Shifts vary each semester. Some during the day some in the evenings some on Saturdays
