Come elevate your career with our company that has won the #1 Best places to work by Modern Healthcare! Forefront Healthcare is looking for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team in a Senior Living community located in Chesterfield VA.
This position is full time with no evenings or weekends required! Our Dietitian will enjoy a hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The salary range is $70000 to $80000 and we also have a sign on bonus. Our Dietitians have their own private office outside of the kitchen area and the work location is:

Job description
- Prefer previous healthcare/senior living experience.
- Supports and delivers the highest level of nutrition care to patients to meet the customers overall needs.
- Calculate nutritional needs establish goals and implement medical nutrition therapy for patients based on their overall nutritional status.
- Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes
- Comply with regulatory standards both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality HIPPA regulations residents right policies and Joint Commission regulations.
- Collaborate with IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) to provide quality nutrition and culinary program
- Review menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies
- Supports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen
Implement Health & Wellness initiatives
Qualifications :
1-3 years of acute care or mental health and Registered Dietitian experience.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree
Basic Functional Experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification
as a Registered Dietitian
Excellent communication leadership and customer service skills
