Engineer I

Join the Stanly Ranch team as our Engineer I where you will contribute to the success of the Engineering department by bringing demonstrated proficiency in at least 4-6 trades that have a direct impact on the resort and residences.  

• Participate in the preventive maintenance program of all applicable building equipment in all areas of the resort and residences.

• Work closely with the Director of Engineering (DOE) & Chief Engineer to ensure your daily workflow is aligned with their assigned prioritization of projects.

• Demonstrate ENRICH values in all interactions with team members guests and vendors.

• Troubleshoot and repair all hotel systems including all H.V.A.C&R electrical equipment & motors laundry equipment kitchen equipment water and wastewater carpentry tile plumbing painting and minor automotive repairs as assigned.

• Assist with maintenance of the hotel fire system water system sewage system and irrigation system.

• Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner in accordance with Auberge and Stanly Ranch standards.

• Respond to all emergency or life threatening situations

• Enforce & follow established safety procedures.

• Log and communicate all essential information in Engineering logs

The starting range for this position is $31.00/hour. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors such as experience and education.

Qualifications :

• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings holidays and weekends

• Must be proficient in 4 to 6 trades: electrical HVAC plumbing kitchen equipment  pool equipment pumps &motors controls lighting & general maintenance repairs.

• High school diploma or equivalent technical school desired.
