Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team. As a Multi Technician you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our propertys facilities and equipment ensuring a safe and functional environment for our guests.
- Perform diverse duties including installation troubleshooting repair and maintenance of property facilities and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all property systems and infrastructure
- Identify and address safety issues promptly taking immediate corrective action when necessary
- Maintain and repair electrical systems ensuring compliance with safety standards and load limits
- Test and maintain various equipment including motors heaters and controls using standard test equipment
- Oversee and maintain fire alarm systems adhering to established protocols and standards
- Assist guests with inquiries about property facilities in a helpful and informative manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance
Qualifications :
- Secondary / High school education.
- Trade Certificate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise.
- Good reading and verbal proficiency in English language.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems including circuit analysis and load management.
- Familiarity with fire alarm systems and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using standard test equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Physical capability to perform various maintenance tasks including lifting and climbing.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on safety and quality.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant building maintenance experience is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
