The Engineer- Vibration CoC position is a critical role within our Center of Competence (CoC) Strategic Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing project tasks with utmost precision and adherence to established timelines ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and organizational norms.
- Developing and implementing sophisticated test tailoring methodologies for new products within the respective domains with a focus on enhancing product performance and reliability.
- Conducting rigorous analysis and interpretation of vibration data to inform product design and development processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate vibration engineering principles into overall product strategies.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all test procedures results and recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Staying abreast of the latest advancements in vibration engineering and implementing cutting-edge techniques to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications :
- B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile
- M-Tech with specialization in vibration domain (Desirable)
Additional Information :
Knowledge:
Proficient in norms methods and techniques vibration concepts
Proficient in concepts failure modes and evaluation of root cause
Proficient knowledge of global norms and standards for automotive applications
Proficient in analysis software : nCode Artemis programming languages: Python R MATLAB
Competent knowledge in operating principles construction of vibration test bench sensors transducers and data acquisition system
Experience / Competence:
1-2 years with handling of vibration related investigation projects with deep dive approach in vibration
1-2 years with handling of vibration tests on shaker tables & sensors like accelerometer
