Our client a privately owned construction company with over 70 years experience is seeking an Estimator to join their head office team in Dublin 17. Recognised as one of Irelands leading building contractors they deliver high-quality projects across residential commercial pharmaceutical industrial and education sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
Analyse drawings specifications and tender documents
Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to gather pricing
Provide recommendations on cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation
Support tender submissions and procurement strategies

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field
Minimum of 35 years experience in estimating within construction
Strong analytical communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant estimating and CAD software
