Job Summary

The Job Mission

As a Welding Supervisor youll play a key role within one of our Nuclear construction projects. Your future team ensures welding excellence across major nuclear construction activities maintaining world-class quality and safety standards.

Key Missions:
Liaise with Contract Partners and stakeholders to plan and resource welding activities.
Ensure welders and procedures meet all qualification and regulatory standards.
Maintain welding environments that minimise defects and ensure consistent quality.
Promote best practice and continuous improvement in welding processes.
Enforce essential safety and quality requirements at all times.
Support Contract Partners in resolving on-site challenges.
Compile welding statistics to support quality improvement programmes.
Lead by example to promote collaboration and technical excellence.


Qualifications :

Essential Skills:
Expert Welding Engineer with proven leadership on large-scale projects
Strong experience in welding and erection within complex industrial settings
Understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
Excellent organisational reporting and communication abilities
Ability to lead and influence teams toward high performance
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Desired Skills:
Degree HND or NVQ Level 4 in Mechanical or Materials discipline
Background as a welder or mechanical craftsman
Experience in the nuclear or similarly regulated industry
Ability to identify and mentor teams of skilled craftsmen
