Job Summary
- Design build and maintain core features in our door-to-door seller app including:
- Map-based interfaces for territory management
- Real-time feedback capture tools
- CRM-integrated features that support upselling and customer data workflows
Own the full development lifecycle from product thinking and UX to deployment and scaling
Work closely with our commercial field team to iterate based on real-world usage
Drive fast high-quality releases with a lean mindset
Qualifications :
Must-Have:
Strong frontend development skills using:
ReactJS TailwindCSS
Experience with a state management library (e.g. Zustand)
A product mindset: you care about the why not just the how
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and iterate quickly
Comfortable taking ownership across the entire stack even if backend isnt your main focus
Nice-to-Have:
Experience deploying backends using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks (e.g. Serverless Framework Terraform)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure)
Basic design or UX skills
Experience working in a startup environment
Background in Product or Business or someone whos transitioned from Product to Engineering with the ability to think holistically about user needs
