Your mission
In this position youre responsible for supporting sourcing activities primarily within the MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) category focusing on data analysis digital tools and process optimization. Collaborating with strategic purchasers and stakeholders is key as you contribute to supplier development contract management and process improvements. As you take responsibility for supporting large tenders you ensure data accuracy supplier follow-up and transparent documentation. Your work helps drive cost savings optimize supplier performance and implement category strategies.

Your profile
Were looking for someone with a few years of relevant experience in sourcing ideally within MRO categories. Strong digital skills are essential especially in Excel and youre comfortable working with tools like SAP. Knowledge of Power BI and Ariba is a plus. Your background includes a university degree in economics supply chain or engineering. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English verbally and in writing and can confidently engage with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
You bring energy curiosity and a strong commercial mindset. Youre analytical structured and business-oriented with a natural drive to deliver results and improve processes. Building relationships comes easily to you and you thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment. With a curiosity for how purchasing drives value you crunch numbers analyze trends and turn insights into actionable outcomes. You take initiative enjoy solving problems and are eager to grow within procurement.
