Our client a Tier 1 Irish construction company with over seven decades of success is seeking a Facade Manager to oversee façade delivery on a significant Dublin development. The company has earned a reputation for technical precision safety leadership and repeat client partnerships through consistently outstanding project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate façade works to meet quality and safety standards
Liaise closely with design structural and M&E teams to resolve technical issues
Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with programme and specifications
Oversee inspections and testing procedures to maintain excellence in workmanship
