Job Summary
Your tasks in our company:
- Leading and coordinating the Pouring production team (block foam) including Assistant Pouring Managers and Operators
- Ensuring process quality based on lab results and optimizing formulations and raw materials
- Managing production planning inventory and procurement in collaboration with purchasing and finance
- Supervising safety quality and environmental compliance including ISO9001 procedures
- Driving continuous improvement through Kaizen meetings and technical development
- Overseeing training and competency development of team members
- Managing technical-commercial supplier relationships and advising on investments
- Ensuring infrastructure and equipment maintenance and optimization
- Acting as a key contact for safety measures emergency planning and risk analysis (HAZOP FMEA Seveso)
Our requirements for you:
- Proven experience in production management preferably in foam or chemical processingor several years of experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Technical knowledge of foam processes pump systems and raw material distribution
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and safety regulations
- Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Outlook Excel and Word
- Languages: Dutch and English (spoken and written); French and German are a plus
- Minimum education level: Technical or engineering background
- Driving license: Category B
