Job Summary
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions: Provide technical support in infrastructure services responding to issues and assisting in to infrastructure projects and tasks under in the monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure with the team to address infrastructure-related challenges and meet departmental the development of infrastructure documentation including incident logs and to develop and enhance technical problem-solving abilities to address infrastructure established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 2 years of relevant work experienceProven experience in infrastructure technology analysisProficiencies in data analysis and problem-solvingA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications such as CompTIA Security Cisco CCENT or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus
