Nelnet is exploring innovative AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot to improve how we work. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team. This internship offers hands-on experience with AI tools and an opportunity to learn how AI can enhance content creation campaigns and communication.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in exploring and testing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and PowerAutomate.
Support the team in identifying tasks that can be automated to improve efficiency.
Help integrate AI tools into existing marketing systems like CMS and CRM.
Collaborate with team members to learn how AI is used in marketing workflows.
Participate in training sessions and document best practices for using AI tools.
Help monitor AI tool performance and gather feedback for improvements.
Stay updated on new AI trends and share insights with the team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing communications computer science or a related field.
Interest in AI technologies and digital marketing.
Basic understanding of scripting languages (e.g. Python JavaScript) or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Microsoft tools and low/no-code platforms is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to innovative projects.

Pay - $15 - $19
