Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated customer serviceskills
Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievementand strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
Basic math skills
Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanishis a plus)
Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products

Physical Demands

Ability tosee and hearwriteand speak English
Ability totype repetitive keystrokes
Ability tosit or stand for extended periods

Work Environment

This position is in-person. Youll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores.
As part of your week you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations.
In this role youll participate in Saturday coverage rotation with flexible availability required.
