Job Summary

Job Title: Systems Engineer (Teams Voice)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months

Responsibilities:

Design implement and manage Teams Voice.

Manage and maintain Teams Voice and other cloud voice platforms

Develop automation scripts using PowerShell Python or Bash to streamline operations.

Monitor system performance availability and health using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.

Troubleshoot issues and provide tier 2/3 support for cloud-related incidents.

Maintain system documentation standard operating procedures and Change management records

Understanding of cloud security compliance and best practices in Microsoft 365.

Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure.

Work with Active Directory (AD) LDAP and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.

Qualifications:

4 years of experience in systems engineering with cloud expertise specifically Microsoft Teams Voice

Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.

Experience with Active Directory (AD) Group Policy and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

Experience working in an enterprise or multi-tenant environment.

Strong documentation and change management control experience
