Are you passionate about driving meaningful change through data analytics and digital transformation As a Change Analyst youll support the NSW Biodiversity Offsets Scheme (BOS) Digital Transformation Program team by analysing and managing change data developing insights and guiding evidence-based decision-making. Youll collaborate across teams and with stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are informed inclusive and impactful.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need proven experience in change management data analytics or information management. You will have strong skills in data analysis statistical techniques and visualisation tools as well as the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
We are looking for somebody with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with commitment to integrity collaboration and continuous improvement

Relevant experience in managing change data analytics statistics information management or another relevant discipline.
