Job Summary
The Checkpoint Associate plays a key role in the production workflow at RushOrderTees by ensuring that Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints are accurately paired with the correct apparel items and properly organized for efficient production. This role requires strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
DTF Film Pairing:
Accurately match printed DTF films with the correct garments according to job tickets and order specifications.Quality Verification:
Confirm that all films and apparel items correspond to the order requirements including size design color and quantity before passing items to production.Film Filing & Organization:
File and organize DTF films by order number production stage or storage system to ensure efficient retrieval and workflow continuity.Inventory & Labeling:
Assist in labeling tagging and tracking orders to maintain production accuracy and prevent mix-ups or delays.Workflow Coordination:
Communicate with team members across departments (DTF printing quality control production) to ensure all items are ready for the next stage in the production process.Housekeeping:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace that supports safety and efficiency.Additional Duties:
Support other production-related tasks as needed to meet daily and weekly goals.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in apparel decoration screen printing or DTF printing preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret order tickets and labels
Basic organizational and filing skills
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Manual dexterity to handle films and apparel safely
Schedule & Work Environment
Hours: Full-time - Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 8 PM
Environment: Warehouse/production floor setting with collaborative team dynamics
