Job Summary

Night Patrol Supervising Security Officer - Unarmed & Armed

$18.00-$19.00 per hour Full-Time Driving Position Must have a good driving record and must have good attendance I You will supervise the night Security Team.

Be the eyes and ears that protect our clients after dark. Citadel Security USA is hiring dependable Patrol Officers to safeguard multiple client locations in Branson Missouri. This role is a patrol/driving positionyoull patrol sites respond to incidents and keep detailed reports all while maintaining a professional high-visibility presence.

Open & Closing Dates: 10/15/2025 to 01/15/2026

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine vehicle patrols across multiple client locations to detect and deter suspicious activity.
You will supervise the team composed of night shift Security Officers
Monitor and secure entrances exits and restricted areas.
Respond quickly to alarms incidents and requests for assistance in accordance with protocols.
Complete accurate timely and detailed reports of daily patrol activities and incidents.
Maintain high visibility to deter criminal behavior and enhance safety.
Communicate effectively with dispatch supervisors and site contacts.
Ensure the patrol vehicle is operated safely and kept clean and in good condition.

Job Requirements

21 years old.
If armed you must be qualified
Must have good attendance
Valid drivers license and clean driving record (MVR check required).
I-9 documentation to verify work eligibility in the U.S.
Ability to work overnight shifts weekends and holidays.
Background check and drug screen required.
Prior security or military experience
Prior security supervision experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in security law enforcement or military is a plus.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
Professional communication and customer service abilities.
Dependable punctual and able to work with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in supervising security officers
