What Youll Do
- Lead heavy civil projects including site development roadways utilities and excavation.
- Manage schedules budgets subcontractors and field crews.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the main contact for clients engineers and inspectors.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture built on safety and accountability.
- 7 years of heavy civil construction experience including field supervision and project management.
- Strong knowledge of site development earthwork and utility installation.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
