Europcar is looking for Station Managers
Would you like to be part of the Europcar team We are looking for a Station Manager at our Ipswich location.

What we are looking for:
A full valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
Have full responsibility for your branch to ensure your team deliver world class customer service
Motivate and inspire a team on a daily basis
Work to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Demonstrate a passion for developing others as well as yourself
Performance manage your team to drive sales and service
Ensure your branch is up to date with all back office administration
Work together with the fleet team to ensure you promote Europcar to our customers
It is essential that you understand the challenges of the rental and sales sector reaching KPIs and targets and delivering your work to the highest standards.
