Job Title: Varsity Girls Basketball Head CoachLocation: Pioneer Charter School of Science II Upper School Saugus MAReports To: High School Athletic DirectorEmployment Type: Seasonal / Stipend-BasedSchedule: Weekday practices and games (MondayFriday); occasional Saturday availability requiredPay: StipendBenefits: NonePosition SummaryPioneer Charter School of Science II (PCSS II) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach to lead our student-athletes for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. This individual will be responsible for organizing and conducting practices fostering a positive team culture and preparing athletes for competitive play. The ideal candidate will serve as a mentor teaching both the skills of the game and the values of sportsmanship and Responsibilities Plan and lead well-structured engaging practices Evaluate team and individual performance to inform coaching strategies Foster a supportive inclusive and disciplined team environment Develop and implement game strategies that position the team for success Promote respect for the sport teammates officials and opponents Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes during practices and games Communicate clearly and regularly with players parents and school staff Collaborate effectively with the Athletic Director and other coachesPioneer Charter School of ScienceAttn: Athletics51-59 Summer MA 02149Ph.
