What we ask of you:

:

The Office Manager is responsible for managing Agapes daily business operations including IT Facilities Vehicles and Software Management with the primary responsibility of assisting the Operation and Accounting Manager. This job requires high detail and organizational skills with the ability to problem solve and to self-manage. The Office Manager must be the face of the Administrative team they are responsible to create a welcoming environment for the Agape staff and to fulfill day-to-day needs of the office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Legal and Administrative Fillings
  • Facility & Vehicle Management (Utilities Cleaning Procurement)
  • Onboarding new employees.


Requirements of the Position:

  • Must have experience in Administrative work
  • High Detail
  • Problem Solver
  • Proven Information Technology abilities
