- Collaborative Environment: Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Conferences to discuss and plan patient care.
- Innovative Telemedicine: Extend your reach with our community cancer center and telemedicine services utilizing TCON E consults and virtual patient visits.
- Research Opportunities: Engage in cutting-edge clinical trials through our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant.
- Accredited Programs: Our program is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center program (INCP) accreditation by Comprehensive Community Cancer Program and holds a National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers by the American College of Surgeons.

- Advanced EMR: We utilize EPIC electronic medical record in both inpatient and ambulatory facilities ensuring top-tier electronic medical record utilization.
Job Specifics
- Consultative Call Only: Hospitalists handle admissions and night coverage.
- Patient Load: Manage an average of 12-14 follow-up visits and 1-2 new patients daily.
- Team Dynamics: Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APC with anticipated future grown/expansion.
- Regional Outreach: Provide care one to two days day per week at regional clinics in Park Rapids and Fosston MN.
- Call Schedule: Approximately 10 days of call per month.
- Technology: Utilization of the EPIC electronic medical record system.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Experience: Proven experience as a Hematology/Oncology Physician
COMPENSATION
- $535000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.
