Business Developer Manager Sigma Connectivity Medtech

The Role

Sigma Connectivity is looking for a highly motivatedBusiness Development Managerwith focus on theMedtech area.
In this role you will take responsibility for strengthening their position in the Swedish Medtech market building strong relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities for growth.

You will collaborate closely not only with the internal engineering organization but also with Sigma Connectivitysinternational sales teams ensuring that customers benefit from the companys global expertise throughout their product development journey.

You report directly to the Country Manager of Sigma Connectivity and will collaborate across functions true to their attitude:You never work alone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand your own client network within the Swedish Medtech industry
  • Manage and grow existing Medtech accounts while developing new business opportunities
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions in personal meetings
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline by understanding market trends and opportunities
  • Establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering experts and international sales teams to ensure customer success
  • Act as a strong ambassador for Sigma Connectivity and their values

Your Profile

  • Strong passion for technology and proven ability to discuss technical solutions with clients
  • Previous business development or account management experience in theMedtech industryor related fields (IoT consumer electronics product development etc.)
  • Demonstrated sales success including closing deals and managing complex negotiations
  • Structured proactive and collaborative with strong project management skills
  • Fluent inSwedish and English(spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally to other sites
  • A university degree in engineering science or a related technical field is a plus
