As a Performance Marketing Specialist youll be part of the e-commerce team reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver data-driven campaigns that enhance customer acquisition drive online sales and elevate the shopping experience across global markets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Acne Studios you will execute and optimize lower-funnel paid search shopping affiliate and paid social campaigns across global markets to drive qualified traffic and convert customers. You will handle budget on a day-to-day basis to ensure strong ROI while continuously monitoring performance data to optimize channel efficiency.
Using digital analytics and reporting you will surface actionable insights to improve conversion performance and identify new opportunities for incremental growth - contributing directly to a high-performing data-driven digital funnel that supports both short-term results and long-term brand success
Key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
- Plan execute and optimize paid search shopping affiliate and paid social campaigns across global markets to drive profitable traffic and conversions
- Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI efficiency and brand integrity
- Analyze campaign data and user behavior to uncover insights improve targeting and enhance the digital customer journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce CRM and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals and brand messaging
- Monitor and report on campaign performance sharing key learnings and recommendations with internal stakeholders
- Oversee and manage product catalogues and feeds for social and search channels in close collaboration with the E-commerce and Social Media team
- Conduct research using Google Analytics or other tools to find new opportunities and customer segments to improve campaign targeting
- Effectively track campaigns within existing analytics platforms to ensure consistent and accurate reporting

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing ideally within luxury fashion retail e-commerce or media/advertising agencies
- Proven ability to manage media budgets and optimize for both short- and long-term performance outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing paid media plans managing timelines and interpreting campaign data
- High proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Merchant Center and Commerce Manager
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Familiarity with CRO and SEO is a strong plus
- Technical know-how in campaign setup tag management (GTM) and reporting via Google Analytics 360 or BigQuery
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
