Our client a leading construction firm with a strong presence in Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (intermediate to senior level) to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage detailed project budgets cost plans and estimates
Monitor project costs highlight variances and implement cost-saving measures
Prepare tender documents evaluate subcontractor bids and manage procurement processes
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contractual correspondence
Support senior management in commercial reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying preferably in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Strong commercial awareness negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in cost management and estimating software
