Job Summary
Nalley Consulting is seeking full-time Application Developersin metro Washington D.C.
Position: Application Developer
LCAT: Mid andSenior
Location: DIA HQ Washington D.C.
Required clearance: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly
Required experience: At least 10 years for Senior; at least 6 years for Mid.
Required education: Bachelors degree or masters degree
Requirements:
- Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development including packages procedures and functions
- Experience developing and supporting applications anchored in Oracle SQL Server MySQL and newer implementations and different or emerging technologies including cloud and AI
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL development including procedures and functions
- Experience with programming languages such C# Java or web services
- Experience writing web service calls and performing application to database integration
- Experience working for HHS clients including NIH
- Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding and support multiple efforts concurrently
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
- Experience assimilating user feedback into functionality or usability improvements
- Knowledge of continuing learning opportunities with technology to support enhanced problem-solving
- Ability to work with automated testing tools
