Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Long Term Care
Location: Montour Falls NY 14865
Shift: Evening 5 Shifts per Week 8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate:
$52 - $54/hr FOR LOCAL
$ 60 - $ 62/hr FOR TRAVEL
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with CNAs LPNs and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and care routines.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Ensure a safe clean and positive environment for all residents.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of New York.
- Previous experience in Long Term Care or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
