Your mission
We are looking for a working student for our Strategy & Transformation team in Munich eager to help actively shape appliedAIs role as a leading ally in assisting our client companies to leverage AI for business transformation.
Your tasks will include:

- Support the team in AI strategy and innovation projects for our partners and customers ranging from DAX companies to largerMittelstandfirms by helping prepare materials conducting research andassistingin workshops or meetings with partners
- Contribute to AI maturity assessments by collecting and analyzing data preparing documentation and supporting the development of AIoperatingmodels focusing on improving organizational agility and technological capabilities
- Assist the Strategy & Transformation team inmaintainingand improving internal knowledge assets templates and best practices that help scale our offerings
- Stay up to date and in touch with relevant strategic AI questions and AI state-of-the-art research to understand opportunities and requirements
Your profile
- Interest in both business strategy and AI technology - or a strong enthusiasm for one combined with curiosity for the other
- Some first practical experiencewith AI topics for examplethrough an internship student project or coursework in a relevant field
- Ongoing studies in a tech- or business-related subject; a strong academic record is a plus but not mandatory
- A team player with a willingness to learn new things
- Good communicationskills with fluencyinbothEnglish and German
