E-Logic is supporting the Sacramento County Department of Technology which provides dedicated IT services to the Sacramento County Probation Department. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Application Developer to play a key role in modernizing the departments technology infrastructure while maintaining essential legacy systems that support critical public services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to system transformation efforts--modernizing legacy applications into a modern service-oriented architecture using C# Web API and Angular--while ensuring reliability security and performance of existing applications built with WebForms WinForms and Classic ASP. The job will be hybrid with onsite with up to 2 days remote possible after probatory period and the interview will be only onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using C# Web API and Angular.
- Support troubleshoot and enhance legacy systems developed in WebForms WinForms and Classic ASP.
- Perform full-stack development across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts developers and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship for ITA Level I and II developers.
- Manage application deployments coordinate release activities and ensure version control best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed applications and system configurations.
- Resolve application issues identify improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in application development.
- Proven proficiency in C# .NET and Web API development.
- Strong front-end development skills with Angular (v19 preferred) TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
- Advanced experience working with SQL Server including T-SQL tables views and stored procedures.
- Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Prior experience supporting or modernizing legacy systems (WebForms WinForms Classic ASP).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
