Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate bilingual LCSWs to provide therapy services for patients (Ages 18) working 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 8am5pm PST via part of our team youll work alongside experts in psychiatry and psychology all with the robust administrative support you need to focus on what matters mostyour patients.
What Youll Do
As part of a collaborative well-supported care team youll:
Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
Provide therapy services to patients (ages 18) with diagnoses including mood disorders anxiety disorders psychotic disorders dual diagnosis and co-occurring with SUD
Collaborate with a wide network of support including psychiatry crisis services peer support case managers and more
More About the Role
Setting: 100% Remote California-based outpatient FQHC
Schedule: MondayFriday 8am-5pm PST - 40 hrs/wk
Caseload: Average case load of 40-50 clients
Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations 40-60 minutes for follow-up appointments

Qualifications:
Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an active California license
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Epic is a plus!)
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
