Were looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time enthusiastic Guest Services Representatives for the winter season who know how to create positive first impressions deliver excellent customer service and keep the mountain vibes welcoming from sunrise to the last chair.
What Youll Do:
Be the first point of contact for guests welcoming them with warmth professionalism and knowledge.
Assist with lift tickets passes and general resort information.
Solve problems with creativity and care ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Work alongside other mountain departments to keep things running smoothly.
What Were Looking For:
Outgoing friendly personalities who love working with people.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Confidence using computers/POS systems (training provided).
Reliability positivity and a can-do attitude especially on weekends and holidays.
Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and peak season days.
Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including weekends nights and holidays.
Must be able to hear and speak clearly for radio and telephone communication.
Must be able to move comfortably and quickly throughout the resort.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
A criminal background check will be conducted after the position is accepted in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
A free season pass & lessons so you can ski/ride all winter.
Discounts on rentals food & beverage.
