Role Responsibilities:
- Will drafting and sophisticated succession planning
- Designing wealth planning structures (trusts foundations family investment companies)
- Comprehensive inheritance tax reliefs exemptions and double tax treaty advisory
- Cross-border succession planning and complex conflict of law resolution
- Tax residency domicile income tax and capital gains tax strategic guidance
- Trustee and beneficiary advisory on rights responsibilities and restructuring
- Mental capacity matters including lasting powers of attorney
- Philanthropic and impact investing consultation
- Reporting transparency and anti-corruption guidance
- UK residential property holding structures (income tax CGT IHT ATED SDLT)
- General advanced tax and private client matters
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Exceptional academic credentials
- High-quality training from a strong private client practice
- Proven track record in private client and tax advisory
- Skills:
- Technically exceptional with outstanding commercial judgment
- Ability to work independently with strategic guidance awareness
- Enthusiastic confident sociable and self-motivated
- Strong international and cross-border advisory capabilities
