Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues developing cost-effective solutions and overseeing successful implementation into production.
Work with manufacturing leadership to identify and resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods processes tooling equipment and product design.
Ensure early focus on manufacturability in NPI programs. Drive rigor in process capability assessment process layout tooling and equipment development and QMS Design Transfer execution
improve pre-testing equipment TPM and upgrade and maintenance.
Develop new process and workstation designs to reduce cycle time and support the lean manufacturing initiative.
Drive new and existed technology deployment to improve productivity while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely quality and cost-conscious manner
Driving LEAN manufacturing implementation ensure the use of Lean and Six Sigma for continuous improvement and in mass production.
Specify and expedite planned maintenance routines on all production equipment and systems drive GPM execution for production.

Lead Compliance as well as Environmental Health & Safety efforts in support of plant goals

Qualifications:

B.S. Degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related technical degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain or engineering.
Demonstrated experience owning production processes and growing capability yield and quality.
Strong Lean and Six Sigma skills in DMAIC
Strong communication Skills with different function team including engineer supply chain.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

M.S. Degree in Engineering or Business Demonstrated ability to identify & implement best practices. Demonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity 6-sigma DMAIC GB/BB certified Demonstrated program or project management skills
