How you will contribute

Am Imaging Supervisor who excels in this role:

• Oversees daily operations of the Imaging Department ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care
• Supervises and supports imaging technologists fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture
• Performs CT and X-ray exams as needed maintaining clinical competency and supporting departmental coverage
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory accreditation and safety standards
• Manages scheduling staffing and performance evaluations
• Collaborates with radiologists physicians and other departments to ensure seamless imaging services
• Monitor sequipment functionality and coordinate preventative maintenance and service calls
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and participate in departmental planning and budgeting

What we are looking for

Applicants should have an ARRT certification in Radiology. Computed Tomography (CT) and be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Additional requirements include:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical imaging experience with at least 12 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• BLS certification
