Job Summary
You will support Apples values-based stakeholder and partnership priorities and strategy development. Working across Apple including with environmental and social initiatives operations procurement finance government affairs and legal teams you will champion drive and coordinate projects with partners around the world. You will collaborate with external organizations to execute on aligned initiatives managing tracking and presenting project performance metrics to leadership.
- Bachelors degree
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Passion for creating positive change in the world.
- Relationship management experience with third-party groups and organizations.
- Deep knowledge of the social responsibility landscape from the corporate policy and/or non-profit perspective.
- Experience in project management and tracking progress towards key deliverables ideally at a corporation government agency non-profit academic institution or foundation.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams resolving issues building consensus and working towards agreements.
- Experience with social initiatives topics (such as education community development and the environment).
- Experience working with grants or consultant contracts to deliver outstanding results on time and within budget.
- Ability to build and maintain strong and positive relationships across the organization.
- Experience interacting with interdisciplinary project teams and international partners.
- Able to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment and to rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to senior leaders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a concise way to a non-technical audience and vice versa.
- Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales (i.e. checkpoints with long-term goals while completing shorter-term goals).
- Experience with data visualization and data analysis.
