THE ROLE

Were seeking an experienced and agile Sourcing Manager to lead and scale our Window category (Curtains Shades & Blinds) across China and Southeast Asia. The Window category represents a fast-growing opportunity for Quinces Home division with immediate focus on curtains and expansion into shades and blinds in the mid-term.

This role will own vendor development and upstream sourcing strategy especially across greige fabric suppliers and full-package manufacturers. The ideal candidate is deeply operational analytically sharp and experienced in scaling textile supply chains end-to-end.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Vendor Development & Management

  • Source and onboard compliant high-quality vendor partners across China and Southeast Asia

  • Quickly identify and test new partners with a clear go/no-go framework

  • Optimize vendor performance to improve cost lead time and margin

  • Negotiate commercial terms: MOQs capacity pricing payment compliance

  • Be an ambassador to all partners building long-term collaborative relationships

Upstream Material Sourcing

  • Manage nominated mill relationships and upstream component sourcing (fabrics linings trims)

  • Evaluate and nominate partners in collaboration with product and quality teams

Category Leadership

  • Serve as category lead for the entire Window product vertical

  • Build scalable and diversified supply chains across product types (curtains shades blinds)

  • Ensure KPIs on margin lead time and quality are consistently met

Product Development & Speed-to-Market

  • Drive innovation in fabric and product construction

  • Compress development calendars for fast testing and scaling

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Planning Merchandising and Technical Design teams
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured supplier feedback and metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8 years in sourcing production or supply chain ideally in soft home or textile-based products

  • Deep knowledge of window product construction and textile manufacturing

  • Strong vendor network across China and Southeast Asia

  • Experience working with nominated mills and managing upstream raw materials

  • Proficient in cost negotiation development timelines and compliance standards

  • Excellent communicator; English fluency required; Mandarin a strong plus

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Textiles or related field
