Job Summary
Area of Contribution:
The role may include the following tasks
and functions/ duties and responsibilities but are not limited to:
Adhere to all safety protocols including the use of personal protective
equipment (PPE) and compliance with the regulations
Operating the equipment to move various type of commodities in
different areas of the terminal
Outload products for delivery from the yard or storage area
Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with the safety
protocols to prevent accidents or damage to goods
Efficient communication with other port staff including supervisors to
ensure a safe and smooth operation
Reporting any unusual situation to his supervisor or superior
Fill out pre-operational equipment check list
To adhere to line manager work instructions and special work
assignments if they are work related and safe to perform
To comply and adhere to Human Resource ICT HSSE and Operations
policies procedures rules and regulations
To comply and abide by the companys code of business conduct
ethics and core values
Maintain professionalism and quality approach throughout the
interaction with internal/external customer
Operate the equipment in a diligent way maintaining cleanliness and
respect to others
Requirements
