Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Supervisor with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations coordinating with teams and ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards in a mechanical/industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and workers on-site.
Ensure daily tasks are completed as per project timelines and quality standards.
Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and preventive maintenance.
Implement safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
Prepare and maintain logs reports and documentation related to production or maintenance.
Communicate effectively with engineers management and other departments.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the floor.
Skills Required:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a mechanical industrial or manufacturing setup.
Good knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment handling.
Ability to lead a team and manage manpower efficiently.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
