Lancaster Log Cabins specializes in building Tiny Home Cabins also known as Park Model Cabins here at our facility in Gap PA. We build beautiful turn-key cabins on wheels in both a log cabin style and a modern style that are portable and intended for campgrounds and getaway cabins. Rooted in Lancaster County we remain committed to quality integrity and honoring God in all we do.

What Youll Do as a Sales Representative:

  • Manage both commercial and retail sales from first inquiry to closing.
  • Respond quickly to calls emails and messages prioritizing timely responses.
  • Meet potential customers walk them through the show cabins and give plant tours.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals promptly and accurately.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and customers to build lasting relationships especially with campgrounds.
  • Deliver Raving Fan Service by providing exceptional customer experiences and sharing creative ideas for improvement.
  • Handle customer service needs resolve issues and gather feedback to help improve products.
  • Learn our cabins in detail including construction methods and processes while staying current on campground and industry trends.
  • Participate in 5 trade shows annually mainly on the East Coast requiring some overnight travel.
  • Work full-time Monday through Friday typically 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with some flexibility plus every fourth Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.


Our Ideal Sales Representative:

  • Experienced: At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably more) is required ideally with a construction or manufacturing background. Experience in the campground RV shed or modular industry is a plus.
  • Computer-savvy: Comfortable using basic software with CRM experience helpful.
  • Ideal Team Player: Hungry humble and smartalways doing whats best for the next guy and building strong relationships through the golden rule.
  • Relational: Builds strong connections with customers and coworkers alike.
  • Organized: Manages time well and keeps up with leads quotes and follow-ups.
  • Active: Able to assist with trade show setup including booth assembly.

  • $80000-$100000 annually
