The SolarEdge logistics team is responsible for the global distribution and storage of SolarEdge products. The team handles a high volume of deliveries from multiple suppliers to multiple destinations worldwide while ensuring goods are delivered on time and at a competitive cost. The team continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction processes prices and transit time.
We are looking for a results-driven 3PL coordinator to oversee a third-party logistics (3PL) operation ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) KPIs and compliance standards are consistently met.
Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure 3PL compliance with contractual obligations SOPs safety and regulatory requirements.
- Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics customer service inventory) to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on 3PL activities.
- Measure KPI set & measure improvement targets
- Align Vendors & Contractor Manufacturing compliance with the 3PL procedures & local regulations

Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering / Economic degree
- Import / Export experience will be an advantage
- Data-oriented high analytics capabilities
- Proficient in Office with a strong focus on Excel tools.
- Ability to cope & maintain a wide range of data.
- Thorough Accurate
- High level of English
- Familiarity with ERP systems - an advantage to experience with Oracle
