Youll own the creative engine behind Kodree a subscription-based platform helping people gain practical hands-on skills in any subject through web and mobile apps on both iOS & Android. The platform adapts to each users level and language ensuring an 80% practice-focused approach.
Kodree is scaling fast with 50% of users in the US and other Tier-1 markets.
Who were looking for:
- Youre a creative marketing pro with 2 years driving performance for B2C products
- Youve shipped winning creatives not just designed but tested and iterated
- You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to work with key marketing metrics (ROAS CTR CPM CPA Hook Rate Hold Rate)
- You deeply understand a target audience and know how to craft creatives that speak directly to their pain points
- A creative brain and an analytical heart that turn ideas into bold out-of-the-box solutions
- Youre results-driven with a solid grasp of user acquisition and how performance marketing works
- You know how to write killer briefs for designers and motion teams
- Your English level is B2
Youll be working on:
- Owning the creative process from idea to launch
- Developing concepts that drive paid traffic and crush KPIs based on key performance metrics
- Working with different types of creatives (static video and UGC content)
- Writing briefs for designers and content creators
- Approving reviewing and improving creatives with data-driven feedback
- Analyzing creative performance and generating ideas for optimization based on data
- Spot trends before they go mainstream and turn them into growth
- Researching and testing new tools and approaches to enhance the creative process
- Platforms youll work with: Meta (80%) Google YouTube TikTok.
