Year 3 Job Share Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils in line with the National Curriculum
• Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to ensure continuity and consistency across the week
• Foster a positive inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess and track pupil progress providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Contribute to team meetings planning sessions and whole-school initiatives

Year 3 Job Share Teacher Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 3
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Excellent communication organisational and teamwork skills
• A reflective and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
