Year 3 Job Share Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils in line with the National Curriculum
- Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to ensure continuity and consistency across the week
- Foster a positive inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess and track pupil progress providing constructive feedback to students and parents
- Contribute to team meetings planning sessions and whole-school initiatives
