Job Summary
A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Hampshireis seeking a passionate Spanish ECT (Year 1 or 2) to join its modern languages department from January 2026.
ECT: Spanish Teacher required from January 2026
Hampshire-based school with a supportive ECT induction and collaborative team.
Ideal for an enthusiastic linguist eager to develop their pedagogy through tailored mentoring and a balanced workload.
You will teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4 supported by a structured coaching cycle and experienced MFL mentors. The school places strong emphasis on oral fluency and practical language application in a positive well-managed environment.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS or completing final training in Spanish.
- High commitment to developing communicative and cultural teaching methods.
- Eagerness to engage with the schools weekly mentor feedback sessions.
- Excellent classroom presence and enthusiasm for language learning.
